Diary of Israel's Beauty

     These paintings are the diary of Israel's beauty. These pages capture how my heart became open to the light in the Old City. The light guided me through the streets, caverns, tunnels, walls, and corridors. Everyone notices the extreme contrasts of Israel's land; bright light and dark shadows, but I am on a journey to find what's in the middle. The radiance that you have to look for; the quiet light. This is my inspiration. It emanates on the natural structures and finds its expression in the rhythms of my brush strokes and the colors of gold rose and ochre earth tones on the canvas.
